Most of the buildings we will live and work in for decades already stand, and few of them have a model anyone can reason with. JouleDown is building low-cost, AI-assisted energy modeling for existing buildings: from drawings, photos and utility bills to an EnergyPlus model calibrated against what the building actually uses, at a fraction of the usual cost and time.
